As a clinician, I am committed to helping people process the many pieces of themselves. Through therapy, we can understand the biological, social, and cultural factors that shape how we see ourselves, the stories we tell about ourselves, and how we move in the world. I aim to provide a space that feels compassionate and authentic, knowing it is vulnerable and courageous to do this work.
Guided by the belief that we all possess an inherent wisdom and intuition, my counseling approach incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Grief Counseling, Mindfulness, Existential Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion, and cultural sensitivity. Our work
together may include shedding unhelpful patterns, building a life of meaning and purpose, and practicing better ways of regulating emotions, making decisions, and communicating. My own
commitment to continual growth as a person and practitioner allows me to better show up as your collaborator.
